We are all creators; we are constantly shaping our own lives through our thoughts, feelings, belief systems, and desires, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. I want to share with you how I personally create my reality and manifest potential futures. After years of exploring, experimenting with, and practicing various spiritual principles, I want to share what has proven effective for me.
I believe that, like anything else, the process can be simple if we adhere to the right principles and approach. I truly believe that the ability to consciously create our reality is a skill we can all learn and develop.
There are three key principles, in consciously creating our reality. The first principle is faith: believing that the universe is inherently benevolent and working for our highest good. For me, this involves the spiritual understanding and feeling that a single, loving source created us all. This source is always in our favor and deeply desires that we experience all that is good, abundant, and healthy in our lives.
This faith also extends to believing in our own power to create. Therefore, for those beginning this practice, I recommend starting with "small" manifestations – things that are easy for us to believe we can bring into our lives. This serves to train our "reality creation muscle" and build confidence in our abilities as creators and fulfillers.
The second principle stems significantly from the first and is the release of attachment. This refers to letting go of rigid expectations about how things will happen. This is often a point of confusion. What kind of expectation should we have? What emotion should accompany it?
The absence of clinging means cultivating inner peace, even if our desires don't manifest immediately. This is the simplest measure of non-attachment. The degree of dependence or attachment to a specific outcome directly correlates with the degree of potential suffering. Our expectation should be one of joyful anticipation, a curious excitement to see the myriad ways the universe can bring our desires to fruition in the most wonderful ways.
This leads us to the third principle: the energy with which we infuse our creative process – our feelings. Our frequency and emotional state are crucial in the processes of creation. When we approach our desires with enthusiasm, playfulness, excitement, and the innocent wonder of a child, we open ourselves to a wider range of possibilities and enjoy the creative process itself. Only we can honestly know the emotional tone we bring to our creations.
Now, let's discuss the technique.
This technique is based on imagery processes, our imagination, and the ability to visualize in our minds. The first stage is to be clear and articulate to ourselves exactly what we desire. This can be something tangible and concrete, such as a home, a car, or a vacation. It can also be a quality or state of being, like relaxation, love, health, prosperity, or success.
In broader spiritual work, it is often recommended to focus on manifesting values and essences. This is because concrete physical forms are subject to change over time. Deeper and more lasting satisfaction often comes from creating core values and positive qualities in our lives, even though their physical manifestations may evolve.
During the visualization process, it is beneficial to imagine the desired outcome as vividly as possible, engaging as many senses as you can. It's perfectly fine if different details emerge each time you visualize. The key is to feel the experience as real as possible in your imagination – to almost be able to touch it. It's also crucial to focus on the emotion. Imagine the scene with as much joy, calm, and love as you can muster. Feeling is the frequency of the Creator, the energy that propels action.
Imagine this process unfolding from a state of relaxation, effortlessly and calmly, with moderate but consistent practice.
The most recommended times for this exercise are in the morning upon waking or before going to sleep.
And most importantly, after completing your visualization, rest with a sense of security and inner conviction that your desires are materializing. Be filled with gratitude, with a deep knowing that something even better is on its way to you.
Feel as strongly as you can that your desire is already yours. Know that on some level of reality, in a certain dimension, it already exists for you. Allow it to come to fruition from a place of connection with the present moment. Affirm, "I am already good, and I have what I desire right now." Remember to release attachment to a specific scenario of how things will unfold. Innate intelligence will guide and fulfill us in the right way and at the right time. And one crucial point after the visualization process: after practicing it consistently for a few weeks (it is recommended to do it for at least 21 consecutive days), take action on any intuitive guidance you receive. You will often begin to feel an internal nudge: What do you need to do? Perhaps look for information? Talk to someone? Go to a specific place? We live in a world of physical forms, so the actions we take will eventually manifest physically. Perform these inspired actions lightly, with energetic support, in a way that aligns with your desired outcome. I wish you enjoyment in the creative processes of your reality, in the process of attracting all those positive things you want to manifest in your life. May you do this in a beautiful, pleasant, joyful, efficient, easy, and successful way.
